Transport & repatriation:
In case of accident or illness, your transportation to a properly equipped health center is guaranteed. If for medical reasons you need to be repatriated, all the actual expenses are covered.

Medical expenses & hospitalization abroad:
In case of illness or injury, the hospitalization and pharmaceutical products will be covered up to 100,000$.
The emergency dental care will also be covered up to 600$, with an excess of 60$

Repatriation of family member travelling with the insured:
If you are traveling with a member of your family and need to be hospitalized for more then 5 days, all the actual expenses of the repatriation of this person if needed, will be covered.

Repatriation of mortal remains:
In case of death, the actual expenses of repatriating the mortal remains are covered.

Escort of dependent child:
If you are traveling with a child under 15 years old and you need to be hospitalized, a suitable person will escort him to a suitable place or to the country of residence.

Travel of an immediate family member:
If you are traveling alone and need to be hospitalized for more then 5 days, we take care of the travel expenses transfer of one family member with an expenses limit of $100/day and up to a maximum of 1,000$.

Emergency return home:
If you need to travel back home earlier due to the death of a family member, we take care of all the actual expenses encountered by the trip & the accommodation.

Delivery of medicine:
If you need to take a certain medicine that you cannot find in the country where you are traveling, the actual expenses of the delivery of this medicine will be covered.(except for the case of medicine considered a preexisting case, the medicine is not included in this product)

All urgent messages will be relay to you, up to an unlimited amount and number.

Long distance medical information services:
At any time you can get medical information or consultation from our doctors.

Medical referral or appointment of local medical specialist:
At any time you can ask our call center to be connected to the hospitals or doctors of our international Network.

Connection services:
During your trip you can ask our call center for any service you may need for example: car rental, hotel reservation….
But all the services not included in your travel insurance contract will be at your charge.

Advance of bail bond:
You can get a fund advance to buy legal bond up to a sum of $12,000 if you already have a valid credit authorization. This fund advance has to be repaid in the following 45 days.

Loss of credit card advance of funds:
If you loose your credit card while traveling and are out of cash, we can provide a $ 2,000 loan to be repaid in the following 45 days.

Trip cancellation or delay:
In case your trip has been cancelled or delayed we indemnify up to 1,000$, in respect of all the non-refundable or extra expenses encountered from your trip and accommodation.
The accepted reasons for delaying or canceling a trip are the following:
- Natural or accidental death/illness of a family member or close business colleague, in the country of residence or in the country you had arranged to travel to.
- If a family member or colleague you have business with, in the country of residence or in the country you had arranged to travel to, is in quarantine, called for witness, called for emergency duty (army, rescue, medical services…).
- Following burglary or major damage you are required to stay in your country.
- If the insured trip is canceled or delayed (for more then 8 hours) following ‘force major’: riot, strike, terrorist attack, flood, earthquake, mechanical breakdown….
- Major damage of the accommodation you have booked to reside in.

Compensation for in-flight loss of baggage checked-in:
If after 21 days your checked in baggage is not found we compensate your loss up to 1,000$, knowing that you will have to send us a check list of the content of your baggage.

Location and forwarding of baggage and personal effects:
If your baggage is missing following a loss or a robbery, we advise you on how to report your loss and collaborate to find them and forward them to you.

Is a travel insurance plan that covers all emergencies due to illness or accident requiring medical assistance or surgical procedures.

Benefits:
1- Multilingual 24h telephone assistance.
2- Direct billing, we take care of the settlement of the bill if you use one of the hospital of our international Network.
3- Financial coverage up to 300,000$ independently of the length of your trip.
4- Minimum period of contract is one month, the maximum is one year.

Is an international health insurance plan that you can add to your Basic Individual Program if you are covered under Lux, A or B class. It doesn’t cover you only in emergency cases but also for health treatment outside Lebanon under the following scale:
- 100% for emergency cases.
- 80% for health treatment.
- 50% for maternity, with a maximum amount payable of US Dollars 15,000.
