Remote Access Connection

 This guide will help Bankers employees to connect remotely via the internet to their Citrix desktop.

 First time usage:

Download Citrix Client and read and read carefully the instructions below to install your Citrix Remote Desktop Access.

 Installation Steps.

 In the Windows explorer click on .

Click “Next”

 

Select  Then click on Next.

 

Click on Program Neighborhood Agent and select “Entire feature will be unavailable”.

The same for “Program Neighborhood”, then click “Next”.

 

Click “Next”.

 

“Next” …

 

“Next” again…

 

Click on “Finish.”

  

Remote Access Instructions

 Now that the installation is complete, you can access your Trinec Desktop or BAIS desktop using the following steps.

 In the internet explorer address (indicated in red in the next screen), enter:

https://portal.bankers-assurance.com      then click on “GO”

 The A portion of the following screen is displayed:

 Enter your Trinec Username / Password just like in the B portion of the screen.

 

 

Clicking Log In displays the following A portion screen:

 

 

Double Click on Bais – Main to access Bankers Oracle

 Or

 Double Click on Bankers XP Desktop to access your Trinec Desktop

  Portion B of the previous screen is displayed:

 Select the options circled in red and view your Trinec Desktop or Bais Desktop.
