RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing and growing the sales force and building agencies following the best practices in recruitment, sales and client retention.
- Ensuring full compliance of sales force and agencies with Bankers’ policies and procedures.
- Managing and coaching the team to provide high quality and reliable service to clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of experience in managing a sales team
- Experience in pharma or service related industries is a plus
- Proficiency in English and Arabic, French is a plus
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
